You can increase speed of downloading or browsing or surfing internet without without downloading any software from internet. This is not complicated method and any user can understand this way of boosting browsing speed in seconds. I have used given step by step instructions to speed up internet so that reader can easily understand how to enhance download speed of net. By watching video one can easily understand how to increase speed of internet in a simple way. By default packet scheduler of windows limits system to 20% of bandwidth of a connection. We will change setting to limit system to 0% of bandwidth which will increase speed of internet.

Instructions:
1. Click on "start" button 
2. Click on "run" button3. Type "gpedit.msc"
4. Open "Computer Configuration"
5. Open "Administrative Templates" 
6. Click on "Network" 
7. Double click on "QoS Packet Scheduler" 
8. Double click on "Limit reservable bandwidth" 
9. Click on "Enabled" 
10. Decrease "Bandwidth limit(%)" to 0 i.e. zero
